Masa & Olive Face Paste

Everyday we come into contact with ancient plant allies that our ancestors co-evolved with. To the Aztec and the Maya, corn was a god. Civilizations sprouted out of corn: not the other way around. Exfoliating our faces with Masa & Olive Face Paste can be a meditation on our dependence and collaboration with plants. This corn-based scrub provides the perfect combination of exfoliating and moisturizing properties. This scrub will work with all but the most sensitive of skin types.
The masa acts as a gentle polisher and stimulator. Olive oil dilutes the pre-existing oils on your skin (like dissolves like) which allows the pore clogging dirt and bacteria to surface and be cleaned away. When you rinse your skin, the olive oil won’t strip it of moisture.

How To Use:
Stir before using and take about a ½ teaspoon and massage into the face lightly.. Rinse off with water and towel pat your face dry. Use a spoon to scoop out the scrub to minimize introduction of bacteria. Use the Masa & Olive Face Paste once or twice a week for cosmic exfoliation and invigoration; your skin will be polished AND nourished. Great for the build up of sweat and grime of the summer months and for shaking up the cold tendency leading to dryness and flakiness of the winter.
Lasts 4 months. Store in a cool and dry place. Our products are organic and freshly made-to-order skin food. We do not use toxins that make things last forever.
